iPhone aliasing pictures |
These pictures come directly from my iPhone camera, which line scans images, rather than capturing the whole 2D image at once. When the scan speed is comparable to some multiple of the propeller rotation speed, we get ALIASING. Between each line scan that the camera makes, the propeller turns a little more or less than a full rotation, so that it’s in a different location each time.
I have been testing as many airplanes as possible to see if it works on all of them ;) |
